AMA는 사용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하기 위해 자동 분류, 검색, 추출, 요약, 추천 또는 초안 작성 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

사용자가 요청한 AI 보조 기능을 제공하기 위해 선택된 콘텐츠가 구성된 처리 제공자에 전달될 수 있으며, 이러한 전송은 서버 프록시를 통해 요청된 기능 범위로 제한됩니다.

AMA는 Google user data를 광고 목적으로 판매하거나 공유하지 않으며, 일반 목적의 AI 또는 머신러닝 모델을 생성, 학습 또는 개선하는 데 사용하지 않습니다.

AMA may use automated classification, search, extraction, summarization, recommendation, or drafting features to provide functionality requested by the user.

To provide a user-requested AI-assisted feature, selected content may be sent through our server proxy to configured processing providers only within the scope necessary to deliver that feature.

AMA does not sell or share Google user data for advertising and does not use Google user data to create, train, or improve general-purpose AI or machine learning models.

서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스 제공자와 데이터를 공유할 수 있지만, 이 경우에도 공유는 사용자에게 표시되는 기능 제공, 보안, 법적 의무 이행 범위로 제한됩니다.

사람이 사용자의 이메일 또는 파일 내용을 직접 읽는 경우는 아래로 제한됩니다.

AMA does not sell or provide Google user data to data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers.

We may share data with trusted service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the service, provide user-facing features, protect security, or comply with legal obligations.

Human review of a user's email or file content is limited to the following situations.

• • the user explicitly requests or consents to review of specific data
• • review is necessary for security or abuse investigation
• • review is required by law or regulation

AMA는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고사업자나 데이터 브로커에게 제공하지 않습니다.

다만 서비스 운영을 위해 필요한 경우에 한해 호스팅, 이메일, 결제, 보안, AI 처리 제공자와 같은 수탁자 또는 처리 제공자를 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 제공 범위는 기능 제공과 보안, 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 최소 범위로 제한됩니다.

현재 공개 사이트의 호스팅 제공자는 Railway입니다.

AMA does not sell personal information and does not provide it to advertising networks or data brokers.

We may engage processors or service providers for hosting, email, payments, security, or AI-assisted features only where necessary to operate the service. Any disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary to provide the feature, protect security, or comply with law.

The current public website hosting provider is Railway.

AMA는 로컬 우선 구조를 기본으로 하며, 연결 및 런타임 설정에 필요한 데이터는 사용자의 기기에서 처리됩니다.

OAuth 토큰과 연결 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 저장되며, 플랫폼이 지원하는 경우 OS 보안 저장소와 암호화를 사용해 보호합니다. 일부 기능은 버전 및 운영 환경에 따라 연결 지속성이나 저장 방식이 달라질 수 있습니다.

일부 AI 기능과 결제 기능은 서버 프록시를 통해 동작하며, 앱 패키지 자체에 장기 서비스 비밀키를 번들하지 않는 것을 기본 원칙으로 합니다.

AMA follows a local-first design. Connection data and runtime settings needed for implemented features are primarily handled on the user's device.

OAuth tokens and connection data are stored on the user's device, and the app uses OS-backed secure storage and encryption where the platform supports it. Persistence and storage behavior can vary by version and environment.

Some AI-assisted and payment features operate through a server proxy, and the packaged app is intended not to bundle long-lived service secrets.

우리는 기능 제공, 보안, 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안만 Google user data를 보관합니다.

사용자는 새 케이스 화면 > Gmail 인증 패널에서 Google 연결을 해제할 수 있으며, 지원되는 버전에서는 현재 워크스페이스에서 내 작업자료 삭제 요청을 실행할 수 있습니다.

연결 해제 또는 삭제 요청 시 관련 데이터는 삭제 요청 후 최대 30일 이내삭제되며, 법적 보관 의무가 있거나 삭제 실행 사실을 확인하기 위한 제한된 읽기 전용 이력만 예외적으로 남을 수 있습니다.

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide features, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.

Users can disconnect Google access in New Case > Gmail authentication panel, and supported versions may allow users to run Request deletion of my workspace materials for the current workspace.

After disconnection or a deletion request, relevant data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where law requires longer retention or where a limited read-only deletion record is needed to confirm the action.

보관 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.

전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구 또는 재생이 어렵도록 삭제하며, 종이 문서 형태의 정보는 분쇄 또는 소각 등 합리적인 방법으로 파기합니다.

Personal information is destroyed without undue delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled.

Electronic records are deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery where reasonably possible, and paper records are destroyed by shredding, incineration, or a comparable method.

사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 요구를 할 수 있습니다.

이러한 요청은 shareoblee001@gmail.com로 접수할 수 있으며, 앱 내 연결 해제 또는 삭제 기능이 제공되는 경우 해당 기능을 통해서도 행사할 수 있습니다.

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on processing of their personal information.

These requests may be sent to shareoblee001@gmail.com, and where the app provides in-product controls, users may also exercise those rights through disconnect and deletion features.
