AMA는 사용자가 예술활동증명 준비를 위해 자료를 찾고 정리하도록 돕는 사용자 주도형 도구입니다. 본 약관은 Google 계정 연결, 승인 기반 이메일 발송, 사용자 검토 책임, 금지 행위, 책임 제한을 설명합니다.

2. 서비스 설명 / Description of the Service

AMA는 사용자가 예술활동증명 준비를 위해 관련 이메일, 첨부파일, 문서 및 파일을 찾고 정리하도록 돕는 사용자 주도형 도구입니다.
AMA는 후속 메일 초안 준비를 지원할 수 있지만, 공식 제출 대행이나 심사 판단은 제공하지 않습니다.

AMA is a user-controlled tool that helps users find and organize emails, attachments, documents, and files relevant to artist activity proof preparation.
AMA may assist with preparing follow-up email drafts, but it does not provide filing services or decision-making on behalf of the user.
3. 계정 연결 및 권한 / Account Connections and Permissions

귀하는 귀하가 연결하는 Google 계정에 대해 적법한 권한을 가지고 있어야 하며, 필요한 권한을 부여하고 철회할 책임이 있습니다.

You must have lawful authority to connect any Google account that you connect to AMA. You are responsible for granting and revoking permissions as needed.
4. 사용자 지시 및 검토 책임 / User Instructions and Review Responsibility

귀하는 검색 요청, 분류 기준, 발송 승인 등 AMA에 제공하는 지시에 대해 책임을 집니다. 이메일 발송 전에 초안과 수신인을 검토할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

You are responsible for the instructions, search requests, categorization criteria, and sending approvals that you provide to AMA. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and recipients before any email is sent.
5. 이메일 발송 / Outbound Email

AMA는 사용자가 검토하고 승인한 경우에만 이메일을 발송하도록 설계됩니다. 귀하는 발송되는 메시지의 내용, 수신인, 적법성에 대해 책임을 집니다.

AMA is designed to send email only after user review and approval. You are responsible for the content, recipients, and legality of messages that are sent.
6. 전문 자문 아님 / No Professional Advice

AMA는 준비 보조 도구일 뿐이며 법률 자문, 행정 대리, 제출 대행 또는 승인 보장을 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 금지 행위 / Prohibited Conduct

- • 스팸, 무단 대량 발송, 사기, 피싱, 권한 없는 계정 접근
- • 보안 우회, 역설계, 남용 탐지 회피
- • 제3자의 데이터 또는 계정을 무단으로 연결하거나 처리

8. 제3자 서비스 / Third-Party Services

9. 서비스 중단 및 해지 / Suspension and Termination

보안, 법적 의무, 남용 방지 또는 약관 위반 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 또는 계정 연결을 제한, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.

10. 보증 부인 및 책임 제한 / Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

법률이 허용하는 범위에서 핸드엑스는 간접손해, 특별손해, 결과손해, 데이터 손실 또는 영업 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMA is provided “as is” and without warranties of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handaxe will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
